Our Expertise

Rods
High-quality aluminum brazing rods offering excellent capillary flow and bright, clean joints. Ideal for HVAC, refrigeration, and automotive heat exchanger applications. Available in standard and customized diameters for versatile use.

Coated Rods
Pre-fluxed aluminum and zinc–aluminum coated rods ensure consistent joint quality and ease of use by eliminating the need for separate flux. Recommended for on-site maintenance, assembly lines, and repair work.

Wires
Precision-drawn aluminum and zinc–aluminum wires for induction, torch, and furnace brazing. Provide uniform melting, excellent wetting, and minimal oxidation, ensuring reliable performance in high-volume production.

Strips
Aluminum alloy strips are engineered for controlled melting range and consistent flow. Commonly used in heat exchangers, radiators, and finned assemblies, they ensure stable, repeatable results in automated systems.

Powders & Pastes
Our brazing powders and pastes offer optimized composition and viscosity for precision applications. They guarantee uniform spreading, clean joints, and minimal post-braze cleaning requirements.

Rings
Pre-formed aluminum and zinc–aluminum rings ensure precise filler quantity and efficient joining of complex or repetitive components. Suitable for high-throughput manufacturing lines.

Preforms (From Wire and Strip)
Custom preforms made from wire or strip for automated brazing systems. They provide exact filler mass, shape, and repeatability, reducing waste and increasing process reliability.

Alloy Types and Applications

Aluminium–Silicon (Al–Si) Alloys
Low-melting, corrosion-resistant alloys ideal for joining aluminum-to-aluminum in automotive, HVAC, and aerospace components. Offer smooth flow and bright joint finish.

Zinc–Aluminium (Zn–Al) Alloys
Known for low brazing temperature, strong adhesion, and ductile joints, ideal for joining steel to aluminum and for repair work on non-ferrous metals.

High-Silicon Alloys
Provide enhanced fluidity, wetting, and strength for tight joint tolerances and high-precision applications.

Phosphorus-Modified Brass Alloys
Designed for improved flow and oxidation resistance, suitable for induction and furnace brazing environments.

Special Applications
Custom-formulated for heat exchangers, radiators, electrical components, and pressure vessels, ensuring thermal stability and consistent brazing results under demanding conditions.

Key Advantages
Smooth flow and bright, corrosion-resistant joints.

  • Low-temperature brazing for minimal base metal distortion.

  • Excellent thermal conductivity and fatigue strength.

  • Compatible with torch, induction, and furnace brazing.

  • Available in flux-coated and non-coated variants.

Quality & Standards
All alloys are manufactured under ISO, AWS, and DIN specifications with strict metallurgical control. Each batch is tested for composition accuracy, melting range, and oxide control to ensure high repeatability and reliability.
