Our Expertise

Rods
Nickel brazing rods offer controlled melting and excellent wetting behavior on stainless steel, superalloys, and heat-resistant materials. Perfect for repair, maintenance, and precision joining in turbine blades, tools, and heat exchangers.

Wires
Pre-fluxed aluminum and zinc–aluminum coated rods ensure consistent joint quality and ease of use by eliminating the need for separate flux. Recommended for on-site maintenance, assembly lines, and repair work.

Foils and Strips
Ultra-clean, precision-rolled foils and strips provide accurate alloy placement and thickness control. Ideal for vacuum brazing of complex or layered assemblies, guaranteeing repeatable, high-integrity joints.

Powders & Pastes
Our nickel alloy powders and pastes are formulated for efficient flow and oxide resistance in vacuum or controlled-atmosphere furnaces. The pastes ensure uniform gap filling, clean joints, and minimal post-braze finishing.

Preforms (From Wire and Strip)
Customized preforms and pre-shaped rings provide exact alloy quantity and geometry, ideal for mass production and high-value components requiring precise control and zero waste.

Alloy Types and Applications

Nickel–Chromium–Boron (Ni–Cr–B–Si) Alloys
General-purpose, self-fluxing alloys with excellent flow, oxidation resistance, and high joint strength. Suitable for stainless steels, Inconel, and nickel-based superalloys.

Nickel–Phosphorus (Ni–P) Alloys
Low-temperature, corrosion-resistant alloys ideal for electronic, chemical, and instrumentation components. Provide bright joints with minimal base metal impact.

Nickel–Chromium–Silicon Alloys
High-temperature brazing alloys for aerospace turbine parts, heat exchangers, and furnace components, offering excellent creep and oxidation resistance.

Vacuum Brazing Grades
Specially purified compositions with low volatile content, designed for clean, flux-free joints in vacuum and inert gas atmospheres.

Special Applications
Developed for tool manufacturing, carbide joining, and nuclear components, where dimensional stability and metallurgical integrity are essential.

Key Advantages
Smooth flow and bright, corrosion-resistant joints.

  • Exceptional high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance.

  • Excellent flow and wetting on stainless steel and superalloys.

  • Clean, void-free joints suitable for vacuum and furnace brazing.

  • Controlled melting range and strong metallurgical bonding.

  • Available in multiple forms: powder, paste, foil, wire, and preform.

Quality & Standards
All nickel-based brazing alloys are manufactured under ISO 17672, AWS BNi, and DIN EN standards. Each batch undergoes spectrographic analysis, metallurgical testing, and vacuum performance validation to ensure maximum consistency, purity, and repeatability.
